MASTERFORM provides architectural designs, Master plans, constructions for diverse projects including institutional, residential, religious, industrial, transportation, medical, community facilities, environmental, mixed-use developments, planning, special use among others.

PROGRAMMING
Determination of space requirements to include the programming of land and building facilities, mechanical and electrical systems and other types of equipment.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Development of design concepts on all projects from the basic problem-solving technique which integrates function, aesthetics and human considerations into a workable solution to fit the program and client's requirements site conditions and economics of the project.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
In order to monitor a project to successful completion, we maintain a full-time field service team that executes the construction of projects. This team communicates daily with a project manager and designers to ensure that the intent of the contract document is carried out. At the completion, the field service personnel participates in an office seminar, which is intended to express to a technical staff how successfully the construction documents were implemented for the projects.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Architects employ a construction management concept in which time and cost control effectiveness and are its key components in direct management of construction process. This control is carried out within the desired levels of quality and requirements of the projects including value engineering and life-cycle costing.
REHABILITATION
Design approach to rehabilitation is completely different from designing a new facility. The methodology of defining a set of rehabilitation parameters differs from one to another, and each situation will determine the level of works and commitment.
SPACE PLANNING
This includes programming of user space allocations for current and future needs and coordinating its inter-functional relationship with user's dynamism and its supportive systems. The planning of this function will be sensitive and will provide an exemplary standard for environmental quality.
